Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product remains unopened. Please contact our customer service at customer@lovexy.eu before returning any item to receive detailed instructions.

When is a return not possible?

Returns are not accepted if the product packaging, seal, or protective wrapping has been opened or damaged.

Can I try on lingerie?

Yes, most lingerie can be tried on. However, opened pantyhose and panties cannot be returned.

Refusing or not collecting a parcel

If you wish to cancel your order, simply do not collect the parcel or refuse the delivery. Please inform our customer service.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

What if my product is defective?
